About role
As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a company dedicated to supporting impact-driven businesses, aligning your efforts with meaningful change. You'll be the first marketing employee, allowing you to shape and build the marketing function from the ground up, significantly influencing the company's future. You'll have the chance to grow into the Head of Marketing (HoM) role, lead the team, and build connections with top US founders and investors through the A-Players community. Engage in diverse marketing activities, take ownership of initiatives, and drive impactful results.

Responsibilities
Strategy:
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and key messages for them.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing plan with objectives across different channels and segments.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis to make data-driven decisions that enhance business strategies and optimize the marketing plan.
- Create and execute a content plan using available resources.
- Develop case studies and testimonials to build and enhance our company's trust and reputation.
- Set up and manage paid marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
Execution:
- Build and implement marketing strategies across all mentioned areas.
- Drive execution of content plans and marketing campaigns.
- Create marketing and branding materials (presentations, digital brochures with a designer, etc.).
- Organize webinars and in-person events with specific planned outcomes to engage with target audiences, promote the brand, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales) to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations with other brands or influencers to expand reach and visibility.
- Maintain and adapt the website to meet current needs and trends.
Job requirements
Must-have:
3+ years in general marketing with a focus on content.
Extreme sense of ownership and a leadership personality.
Highly proactive and ambitious.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in English and Ukrainian).
Experience with the US market.
Background in tech companies or digital agencies.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
Nice-to-have:
